Mandala pooja & abhishekam
Mandala Puja is a sacred ritual conducted in South Indian temples, typically over 41 days, symbolising spiritual discipline, devotion, and transformation. Mandala refers to a specific period in Hindu tradition, often associated with purification and penance, after the consecration of a temple (Kumbhabhishekam) or to invoke the divine blessings of the deity enshrined within the temple. It includes daily prayers, offerings, and ceremonial worship, culminating in grand celebrations on the final day.

At Thabovanam, Kodi Swamigal Temple Kalasam Niruthum Vizha (Kumbaabhishekam) happened on March 8th, 2020. The daily offerings and puja during the Mandala period happened with certain restrictions due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

On April 22, 2020. Due to the uncertain conditions around COVID-19, The Mandala Abhishekam happened restrictedly, without inviting many people. As per the Shastras, Pundits performed Sri Chakra Homam with a detailed illustration of the sacred geometry and invoking the divine.
The process's progress revealed Kodi Swamigal's divine prophecy about Sri Chakram's presence beneath the floor inside the sanctum sanatorium and instructions to preserve its sacredness.
